Mutations
A Mutant character starts with a number of Edges and Flaws. See the full Edge/Flaw descriptions in Beyond the Norm.
A starting mutant rolls 2d4 for their number of mutations. All characters are able to gain more mutations over time if exposed to the right (or very wrong) environment.
